run, run, fast as you can

Tonight was the girls' Cross Country banquet. Kennedy was given the "Most Positive Girl" award. Coach Kackley said he was very impressed by her great attitude, willingness to help out, and cheer on the team following her injury. It definitely wasn't Kenne's ideal finish to the season but we're so proud of her for making the most of her situation! The girls both did such a great job! They worked hard and really saw their times improve because of their dedication. Tana's best time was 14:52 and Kenne's was 16:10 (2 miles). Yay, girls!!

Our boys varsity team were state champs this season. It's the first time DMS has won a state championship in any sport. So exciting!!
