this is the place

In the infamous words of Brigham Young, "This is the place!"

Our family now resides in Utah and we're loving it! The days are hot but dry. The nights are cool and fabulous! We have played outside, hiked, run, walked, gone swimming, made new friends, practiced and practiced and practiced for THS and CMS cheer, enjoyed lots of time with family and friends, attended the temple, gotten callings and speaking assignments at church, unpacked, moved in, relaxed, played night games with the neighbor boys, and so much more.

Dust is still waiting to hear the final word from Southwire despite their continued reassurance that they're ready for him to start working today. (Please say a prayer for him.) I got a job at Gap. Wahoo!! Although it doesn't feel like we're Utah residents just yet we're slowly getting used to the idea that this is permanent and not just summer vacation.

And guess what...it feels good!!!
